Let's be clear about what this is
I'm a recruiter. I've spent years deciding who gets the yes and who gets passed over, at companies like Wiz, Splunk, Collibra, and Nutanix. That's the seat I coach from. I'm not a career coach who read a book. I'm the person who's been in the room.
What I do is make you good enough that you don't need anyone to vouch for you. You become the candidate that closes itself.
Straight talk before we start
If I have a role that fits you, I'll tell you. If I know a company that's hiring and I don't work with them, I'll point you there too. That part's free, it's just me being useful.
What I won't do is reverse recruiting, pitching you to companies on your behalf. I've tried it. The honest truth is companies don't have an appetite for it. The second a recruiter vouches for a candidate, they brace for a fee, and you stop being a person and start being a price tag. I'm not about that, and it wouldn't serve you anyway.
What I do instead is make you sharp enough that you don't need anyone to vouch for you. You walk in and close it yourself.
